As the Silver Spirit made its way out, Rolls-Royce unveiled the Silver Seraph at the Geneva Motor Show in March of 1998. The Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph was in production until 2002 when BMW bought the rights to the Rolls-Royce marquee and started manufacturing cars under the name Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. A car made for the elite, it featured folding picnic trays constructed of beautiful walnut veneer for backseat passengers.
Did you know that the Silver Seraph is nearly identical to the Bentley Arnage? The only difference is the radiator grill, badges, and wheels. It is the first twelve-cylinder Rolls-Royce since the 1939 Phantom III and its engine is actually a BMW V73. These are all things you should keep in mind when looking for spare parts for Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph.

BUILT FOR THE ELITE
As the twenty-first century drew near, the Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph replaced the long-running "SZ" series of automobiles at the Geneva Motor Show in 1998. A high-end car if there was ever one, this was the final Rolls-Royce model produced by the Crewe factory.
While the engines completely broke tradition by being developed in collaboration with BMW and yielding a 5.4 liter V12, the styling harkened back to the flowing lines of the Silver Cloud era.
The quiet V12 engine perfectly complemented the opulence of this Rolls-Royce. However, despite its sporting nature, the high-revving V8 lacked the previous 6.75-liter turbocharged engine's massive wave of torque. As a result, the Arnage "Red Label," equipped with the original power plant, was released in the latter half of 1999. The 4.4-liter option continued to be produced alongside for a brief period, now branded "Green Label."
The Silver Seraph had a short lifespan of only 4 years, with only 1,570 units produced due to the acquisition of Rolls-Royce by BMW in 2002. However, Crewe continued to produce the Arnage line, adding more sporting models like the "Le Mans" version.
The traditional V8 received twin turbocharging as part of a facelift in 2005, resulting in even more smooth power. Along with the long wheelbase Arnage RL, which offers limousine-like levels of space and comfort, the Brooklands coupe and the "new" Azure convertible were also in the spotlight.
Although Bentley no longer produces many parts for this model, at Exotic Car Parts USA, we are still investing in aftermarket and OEM replacements to ensure we can continue to offer the largest selection of Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph parts online.
